# Shearing AMPCO® 8 into Strips

## Feasibility for Thin Section Cut-to-Size Operations

AMPCO® 8 can be sheared into strips. This makes it a suitable candidate for cut-to-size operations where strip dimensions are required, such as the example case of 4.8 x 31.75 x 2,135 mm pieces.
