AMPCO-TRODE® 10 MIG is designed for use under inert shielding gas and has not been tested for submerged arc welding under powder.

As no validated data is available for this process combination, the recommended approach is to conduct a trial using the customer's standard welding powder and evaluate whether the results meet their requirements. This will provide the most reliable basis for a final process decision.
