Material Recommendation for Lubricated High-Speed Rotating Applications

For bushing applications involving a hard chrome plated shaft rotating at approximately 2,000 RPM with oil groove lubrication, AMPCO® 18 is the recommended alloy. Its wear resistance, sliding properties, and compatibility with lubricated rotating applications make it well suited to this type of service condition.
